Quick & easy vegan soup recipe to nourish your body, mind, and soul.

Boil in a pot: (Example below. Use any veggies you’d like!)

Use all organic ingredients whenever possible. Check ingredients and avoid vegetable broths with any added oils. Rinse vegetables before cooking.

  • 3 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 sweet potato

  • 1-2 carrots

  • Handful of kale

  • 3-4 white mushrooms

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
